Workshop Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Blooms & Blueprints Education Academy a Planning and Floral Design workshops presented by Blooms & Blueprints Education Academy ("we," "us," or "our"). By registering for and attending our workshops, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
Registration and Payment
Registration Confirmation: Your registration for the workshop is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
Payment: Payment for the workshop is due at the time of registration. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal.
Cancellation and Transfers
Cancellation Policy: All workshop registrations are final and non-refundable.
Transfer Policy: If you are unable to attend the workshop, you may transfer your registration to another individual if space is available. The following conditions apply:
Transfer Request: To request a transfer, you must contact us at least 7 of days prior to the workshop start date.
Availability: Transfers are subject to availability and may not be possible if the workshop is fully booked.
Transfer Fee: A transfer fee of $100.00 may apply to cover administrative costs.
Information Change: You are responsible for providing accurate information for the transferred registration.
Workshop Details
Schedule: The workshop schedule, including dates, times, and topics, will be provided to registered participants prior to the workshop start date.
Materials: Workshop materials, if any, will be provided as indicated in the workshop description. You are responsible for any additional supplies or materials required for the workshop, and travel and hotel accommodations
Workshop Changes
Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, including insufficient registrations, instructor unavailability, inclement weather or force majeure events. In such cases, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered the option to transfer to another workshop or receive a full refund.
Changes to Workshop Content: We may make adjustments to the workshop content, schedule, or materials if necessary to improve the workshop quality or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Code of Conduct
Respectful Behavior: Participants are expected to engage in respectful and professional behavior during the workshop. Any disruptive behavior that interferes with the learning experience of others may result in removal from the workshop without refund.
Liability and Waiver
Liability: We are not liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or expenses incurred by participants in connection with the workshop.
Photo and Video Release: By attending the workshop, you consent to the use of your image and likeness in photos or videos taken during the workshop for promotional and sales purposes.
